Trainer Guide
Description: A comprehensive guide for running a half day session on promoting and implementing the UNCRC for people undertaking a qualification to work in the education sector. This guide can be used in conjunction with the half day generic introduction to the UNCRC on this website to create a full day training. The guide contains an overview of the session, timings, notes for slides and suggested resources to use alongside the powerpoint presentation.

Description: Victoria a young carer aged 12 years, and her mother discuss Victoria’s involvement in providing complex health interventions to her mother. This clip highlights issues for the home lives of some children and the levels of responsibility they carry. The video challenges participants to consider why some children might be missing school, struggling to complete home work or distracted whilst in class.
